Orders are processed same day and shipped the following business day.
We do not ship on holidays, weekends, or on government recognized holidays.
TRACK YOUR PACKAGE
- Once an order ships, an email with tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
- Sales tax is only charged to orders shipped within the state of Illinois.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to combine shipping with another order placed. If you would like to combine shipping across multiple unshipped orders, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
PO BOXES & APO'S
- We do ship to PO Boxes & APO's. Your package will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.
If you would like to cancel an order placed on our website, please contact us promptly at email@example.com. Note: orders are normally processed the same day and shipped out the following business day. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
- Please note that an address cannot be changed after a package has been shipped. Please carefully verify your shipping address prior to purchase.
RETURN TO SENDER
- Return to sender packages are those that are returned back to the Felt Like Sharing warehouse as undeliverable. All return to sender charges will be passed on to the customer. USPS will generally make 3 delivery attempts before they mark the package "return to sender." If there is an error in the shipping address causing the package to be returned, there will be a charge to resend to the corrected address.
- We charge a 10% Restocking Fee for refused packages. Customers are still responsible for the original shipping charges, taxes (Illinois orders only), and the cost of returning the package to the Felt Like Sharing warehouse.
- The amount incurred (above) will be deducted from the refund total when received. If the restocking fee, cost of the shipping, and taxes exceed the cost of the original merchandise, the customer's credit card will be charged.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES IN TRANSIT
Felt Like Sharing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you feel your package has been lost or stolen, please contact Felt Like Sharing at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Customer Service Team will be happy to help guide you with what steps need to be taken with USPS.
- Refunds and replacement orders due to damages during shipping are done at the discretion of Felt Like Sharing.
RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDERS
- Felt Like Sharing has the right to refuse any order.
